Working in partnership with Suffolk Public Sector Leaders (SPSL), two International Trade Managers, with a focus on longer-term trade strategy, champion Suffolk as a place to do business, invest and trade. Working with all businesses and sectors in Suffolk (Chamber members and non-members) providing, free and impartial guidance, advice and information, to help businesses navigate their future trading relationship with Europe and to maximise the opportunities to be gained from global trade as the UK negotiates new free trade agreements (FTAs).
Working with our growth partners across the county, we work to improve information sharing on trade policy intelligence; horizon scan global trends and regulatory developments; identify new business opportunities, helping shape Suffolk’s future economic resilience by crafting a robust Suffolk Trade Policy.

Our export documentation team are on hand to support businesses with documentation such as rules of origin certificates.
As Export Documentation Manager, Rosemary assists members and non-members who export their products overseas. Only Chambers of Commerce can stamp documents in an official capacity and these can be processed either by post, in person or online using our e-zCert System.

As part of the Export Documentation Team, Fiona checks and issues the relevant Export Documentation required by a wide variety of Exporters. Fiona's background is in International Transport and documentation and she has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers since 2008 and also a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.
