Operations Administrator

Full time, permanent position with opportunities for hybrid working.

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an ambitious and organised individual with experience in office administration to join our team. You will be working with our Operations Director in a varied role to provide HR and administrative support, to manage enquiries and room bookings, and to manage the facilities within our busy Ipswich office. This role offers a great opportunity for development and growth within our knowledgeable and supportive team.

If you enjoy being busy and organised, and have a passion for supporting businesses, then we want to hear from you. An understanding of HR processes will be of benefit, but training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate exceptional organisational and administrative skills.

Export Administrator

Suffolk Chamber of Commerce has created a new role to assist our export documentation team with administrative support for our certification procedures and export services.

Full time role, with opportunities for part time hours/flexible hours

This Export Administrator/ Export Documentation Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for an efficient and customer-focused individual who has some understanding of working within an exporting environment. Your main tasks will be to assist with printing and preparing documents for sign off, ensuring our services meet HMRC standards, filing documents, raising invoices and assisting our customers and couriers.

We are seeking an individual who takes pride in producing accurate work, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes to their completion. You must be customer-orientated, with experience of providing export-related administrative support.

This role offers a great opportunity for development, as we will provide further training for the right person to become an export documentation officer.
