Join us on Santa's Sock Day
Santa’s Sock Day returns for a second year!
We’re asking people in Suffolk to wear their Christmas Socks on 10th December to raise money and awareness for young people who are struggling to find their next steps.
It only costs £1 to take part and all money raised will go towards funding our vital work within the county.
There are two ways you can get involved! You can either join in on our annual Santa’s Sock Day on 10th December with your business or organisation, or you can snap a photo in your socks, post it online and nominate two friends to do the same.
Throughout the pandemic, we’ve been hard at work adapting our traditional support to make sure the rising number of young people who need our help can do so safely. We have taken many of our programmes online and introduced a wellbeing service to ease the strain on the NHS and provide swift support to young people who are struggling with their mental health.
Thanks to these services, many who would otherwise not still be here today, are looking forward to the future.
Events like Santa’s Sock Day are vital for helping us continue our work.
CEO, Terry Baxter explains, "If you'd like to help young people in this county, who need to get back into education or work - particularly because of the effects of the pandemic - then please take part. It will make a huge difference."
