Norfolk and Suffolk LSIP
The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is a Department for Education initiative designed to bridge the gap between employer skills needs and education and training provision across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Working in collaboration since September 2022, Norfolk and Suffolk Chambers of Commerce are continuing to highlight the fundamental skills requirements across key sectors in our region. Together, we have developed a clear roadmap for change to help address ongoing skills shortages.
The LSIP is strengthening relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including local authorities, colleges and independent training providers, ensuring that the employer voice is consistently heard and reflected.
