Invest in Suffolk Ambassadors

Invest in Suffolk was launched by Suffolk County Council in 2014 to promote the county as a business location and to respond to Inward Investment enquiries.

Invest in Suffolk’s key message is that “Suffolk is the bright choice for your business."

It offers a winning combination of what you need to succeed, including, good connections to ports, airports and London, competitively priced premises, and a great quality of life. Our county is already home to many high profile businesses and household names like BT, Greene King and Willis, so new businesses will be in good company when they choose to locate here.

Working together with Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, Invest in Suffolk has recruited 100 high profile business leaders and professionals to become Suffolk Business Ambassadors.

The Business Ambassadors programme will bring together people who are passionate about living and working in Suffolk and willing to use their skills and expertise to champion our county as a top business location.  

"Suffolk is the home of hard working businesses and a magnet for entrepreneurial spirit and the recruitment of these 100 high profile business leaders is fundamental to the county's future success", said John Dugmore, the Chief Executive of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce. "Our members know the importance of this impressive ambassadorial programme and the key message, that we want people to 'Invest in Suffolk', will be heard loud and clear because of this work and because of the backing of these influential men and women."
