Carole has supported Chief Executives, Board of Directors, Entrepreneurs, Business Professionals from PLC’s to small family run businesses on how to get REAL results through GREAT HR practices that don’t cost the earth.
Her last corporate role was HR Director for Marshall Motor Group where she worked with the Exec team to transform the performance of the business and as a result the business experienced significant (400%) growth since 2008. Carole created MAD-HR in 2014 as she wanted to bring a new brand of HR to East Anglia, and has grown the company into a Future 50 Class of 2019, with a wider team delivering HR support and training across East Anglia.
Personal
As her father’s family hails from Suffolk, Carole wasn’t allowed to support another football team growing up except ITFC. Travelling from Kent each home game, this led to her meeting her future husband and as a result moving to Suffolk over 15 years ago.
Carole loves nothing better than taking their black Labrador to visit Aldeburgh most Friday evenings to sample Adnams finest with a bag of fish and chips.
