Corporate business transactions on the rise in East Anglia
Finishing within the top ten financial advisers for the region in 2016, the Corporate Transactions team at Larking Gowen continue to build on their success, with a rise of 12 places in the rankings from 2015.
James Lay, Partner at Larking Gowen and head of the Corporate Transaction team, says,
“The unexpected political events of 2016 did little to dampen the enthusiasm of buyers of SME businesses, and we are delighted to have finished the year in the top 10 for the East of England. There was similar success throughout the 7 other member firms of our national association, MHA. As always, the real satisfaction comes from servicing our clients, whether that be advising them on business sales, acquisitions, valuations or fundraising. With the recent release of our new Corporate Transactions branding, and a dedicated team of experienced specialists, we are well placed to make 2017 an even busier year.”
These results add further weight and authority to the diverse range of work that Larking Gowen provides to its clients. Well known for their accountancy, tax work and business advice they are seeing a real surge in the transactional work undertaken by their Corporate Transaction team who cover buying, selling, valuing and funding businesses.
