Local hearing company wins Business Growth Award for East Suffolk

The Hearing Care Centre, which has improved the hearing of thousands of patients, took home the “Business Growth Award” at the East Suffolk Business & Community Awards, a ceremony held annually by the East Suffolk Council. The company has local hearing centres in Aldeburgh, Felixstowe, Framlingham, Wickham Market and Woodbridge.

This award is open to any business that can demonstrate an outstanding increase in sales, profit, market share, or geographical expansion within the East Suffolk district or from an East Suffolk HQ within the last 18 months.

Judges remarked “The Hearing Care Centre’s 30 staff offer excellent customer care and strong financial performance. Sales for 2018/2019 were the highest ever up 17% on the previous year.”
Upon receiving the news, Managing Director for The Hearing Care Centre Karen Finch expressed “I was thrilled to win this award as this is the first time we have entered in this category.
I believe our success is due to our focus in a single-minded way on customer need and the promise of ethical, gold standard private hearing care and rehabilitation.
