Growing the Future of Stowmarket & Its Businesses

There is a lot planned for Stowmarket in the coming months and years through the Vision for Prosperity project that Mid Suffolk District Council has for Stowmarket. Their 5 Year Action Plan was launched in June, and highlights a series of individual innovative projects that are being proposed to help improve the town and boost the local economy, and have a cumulative far greater cumulative effect on the quality of local life.

With millions of pounds worth of projects happening in Stowmarket, Mid Suffolk District Council want to help put the town on the map as a key destination in the region, for tourists and businesses. In particular they are keen to encourage more businesses to set up and prosper in the town, which will bring more investment, increased growth, better facilities and increased facilities.

Hear from the Councillors, the businesses and the supporters for the development of some of the key programmes and projects in this unique and highly informative event, to be held at the John Peel Centre on Tuesday the 20th September. The full agenda for the topics being covered are listed below. At the end of the event there will be a chance to ask questions of the panel about these topics, and after the Q&A a chance to speak with them one-to-one after the event and network with fellow Stowmarket residents.

This is a chance not to be missed to really hear about these key projects, and have an opportunity to ask questions of those helping to put these into action.
