Fiscale Ltd. have been recognised as a Gold Standard by Investors in People.
Spanning three offices in Haverhill, Chatham and Stoke on Trent, Fiscale employs 30 members of staff and have been trading for five years within the specialist area of Research and Development Tax Credits. This is the second time the company has been assessed, receiving a silver award three years ago. Following the feedback from the first award, Fiscale has invested a substantial amount in improving the offering to staff, to becoming recognised as one of the best employers within the industry.
Gold accreditation reflects the company’s value of growing its own talent and means that everyone – from CEO to apprentice takes ownership for making them come to life.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. The Standard set through the Investors in People framework, reflect the latest workplace trends, skills and structures required to outperform in any industry. Gold is one of the highest levels of Investors in People accreditation that can be achieved, with only 16% of accredited organisations achieving this standard and Fiscale’s results were well above the national average.
