Business Event to Focus on What Makes Excellent Customer Service
With more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and a BA in Hotel Business Management, Daniel saw the potential in The Bell Hotel. Together, the couple have put their energy into employing and training local staff to ensure their clients receive excellent customer service.
MENTA’s business networking event, Coffee Means Business at Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club to be held on Thursday, 13th June will focus on what makes good customer service and Daniel will speak on the subject of ‘Customer service, from good to great’.

Coffee Means Business will take place from 9.30am until 11.30am on Thursday 13th June at Bury St Edmunds Cricket Club, Nowton Road (opposite South Lee School).
