Suffolk Chamber of Commerce is ramping up its support for campaigns aimed at improving the road, rail and mobile networks in the county.

Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, Suffolk’s biggest business network and the voice of business in the region, has achieved bronze level accreditation from the Carbon Charter after being supported in this endeavour by Suffolk Country Council’s Groundwork East team.

“Suffolk Chamber’s initial reaction is one of relief at the news that businesses’ energy bills will be capped at the same price per unit as households, but disappointment that this will only be for a six-month period as opposed to two years for households. Businesses also need to understand what the unit price is so as to adjust their business plans accordingly.
