Damien Moore is a Duty Solicitor and Partner within the firm, Damien is described by his peers as a highly respected advocate who has brought a wealth of experience to the criminal law department at Fosters. He has represented clients in a range of proceedings including murder, serious sexual assaults and complex high value fraud as well as proceedings commenced by private agencies such as the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency and Trading Standards.

A Solicitor-Advocate Damien is further qualified to represent clients appearing in the Crown Court and the associated Higher Courts. Damien is one of a small number of Advocates to hold a dual Higher Courts qualification in civil proceedings as well.

Having practiced in law for over 16 years Damien has acquired a loyal client base who regularly instruct him. He has also developed a niche for representing clients in high profile cases and those in the media spotlight. Damien represented the person responsible for causing substantial damage to a one million pound handmade Ferrari Enzo belonging to Jay Kay the lead singer of Jamiroquai. In a landmark case and one widely recognised by the profession he also successfully defended a rioting detainee who was accused of destroying by fire the Yarlswood Immigration Detention Centre in Bedfordshire.
