Q: I can’t login to the members area as I can’t remember my password?


A: Click on the "forgot your password" option in the top right hand corner and add your user name (usually your email address). We will then automatically send you a new password to log in with.  Once logged in please change the password to something more memorable to you.

If your username or email address is not accepted you may need to be added on to our database. Please call 01473 680600 for help. For more information please see

Q: How can I update my business profile, add news and events and add member to member offers to the website?


A: Once you have logged in to the website, click on the "Members Area" button on the top right hand of the screen. Here you can update your profile, and add news, events and member to member offers.


When adding a member to member offer please ensure you add a code i.e. "Chambermember" so you can identify that the contact has come from a member of Suffolk Chamber. To check a business is a member of Suffolk Chamber just go to our list of members in our Member Directory. For more information please see our member website guide

Q: How can I obtain a list of Suffolk Chamber members?


A: Our list of members is available in our Chamber member directory however to access the full information including contact details you must be a member of Suffolk Chamber and be logged in to the website. You can also purchase databases from Suffolk Chamber - for more information please click here
