In this session Naomi will look at the types of problems that may arise and share tips and advice both for the wellbeing of those joining the webinar, and how they can support their teams.
Naomi is a successful entrepreneur and Suffolk businesswoman. She founded the Best of Suffolk holiday cottage agency with her partner Alex and they have grown it into large and award-winning tourism company. She won the East of England Businesswoman Entrepreneur of the Year Award and went on to found Naomi Tarry Coaching, coaching busy professionals and business owners who are looking to overcome barriers to change or progression. Barriers might include imposter syndrome, self esteem or work anxiety issues. Using a range of tools including CBT and mindfulness, Naomi helps her clients to build confidence, gain balance, find clarity and discover purpose.
