Brunch with Suffolk Park and Suffolk Chamber in Bury St Edmunds Annual meeting
Join us for this Brunch for an update on Suffolk Park and also for our Suffolk Chamber in Bury St Edmunds annual meeting.
In 2016 East Anglia property company Jaynic became the promotion and development partner of Taylor Wimpey, the landowner of the 114-acre commercial development site now known as Suffolk Park. Since then, Jaynic has developed a masterplan for the site and secured outline planning consent for up to 2m sq ft of business, light industrial and distribution/logistics space.
Approximately 38 acres of the development has been allocated Enterprise Zone status where occupiers have the benefit of significant relief in business rates for the first five years. Within an 18 month period, Jaynic has therefore procured development extending to around 700,000 sq ft at Suffolk Park, clearly demonstrating strength in this key location.
We are delighted to hear the latest from Nic Rumsey, Founder and Ben Oughton, Development Director of JAYNIC on the latest plans and developments for the park, including the investment already secured by companies such as Treatt, Sealeys and PGIM.
