We are delighted to be joined again by Phil Eckersley, Agent for the South East and East Anglia at the Bank of England. Phil will present an “off the record” look at the UK's economy, drawing on the most recent Bank’s Monetary Policy Report and Agent’s Summary of Business Conditions.

The Monetary Policy Report provides an in-depth analysis of the UK and major international economies focusing on the medium outlook for growth and inflation.

As the economy continues to recover from the covid-related disruption, what signals can we pick up from the most recent data releases that might provide a steer on the strength of the rebound?  Does business feedback provide better intelligence for policy makers?

Delegates will also enjoy a two-course lunch, networking, and a Q&A session with Phil.
