Suffolk Business Women
Suffolk Business Women is an award-winning networking group that offers the opportunity to network, inspire and share good practice.
Open to men and women who are interested in issues that support women in business, it is a great way to network, share information and find business support as well as hearing from an inspirational business speaker. There is also the opportunity to take part in informal networking events across the county over coffee and cake at our regular Elevenses and Afternoon Tea events.
Membership is open to all business women and men based in Suffolk, whether you have your own business, are an employee, or are currently on a career break. No membership of Suffolk Chamber is necessary to attend events, but Suffolk Chamber members will enjoy the benefit of reduced rates for events and workshops. Suffolk Business Women is supported by a Board of business representatives from all across Suffolk.
Events have included inspirational talks from Nikki King, Managing Director of Izuzu Trucks (UK) Ltd, Sally Hammond, the first female firefighter in Suffolk, Deborah Cadman, Chief Executive of Suffolk County Council and TV personality and business entrepreneur Ruth Badger. Our Elevenses and Afternoon Tea events offer informal networking over coffee and cake at beautiful venues all across Suffolk.
Suffolk Business Women is proud to be the runner-up in 2015 and 2014 for the East of England Business Awards "Networking Group of the Year".
