What we do

Following on from three successful themed years for the Suffolk Chamber, with 2009 Year of Skills, 2010 Digital Suffolk and 2011 Suffolk - A Shared Community, Suffolk Chamber, working with Healthy Ambitions Suffolk (HAS) has launched their themed year for 2012 - “Health in the Workplace”.

SBW offers business women in Suffolk the opportunity to meet, network, support, inspire and share good practice with other women in similar roles.

Suffolk International Trade Group is a collaboration between Suffolk Chamber and UKTI East.  

SITG runs free business after-hours events, for peer-to-peer export networking and to access free local export support services information. 

Energywise is run by Suffolk Chamber, which is designed to run a series of events to provide local businesses with the opportunity to come together to share best practices and to hear from specialists on how they can reduce carbon emissions and fuel costs.

Suffolk e-Business Club welcomes members to a wealth of support and informative events. You can find out how to make the most of your business online while also networking to promote your company face-to-face.

Young Chamber is a national initiative with the stated aim of providing opportunities for student led engagement with business and the world of work.

Suffolk Chamber exists to help its members in whatever way we can.  We are a strong, independent and private sector led Chamber of Commerce.  Your views are important; collectively they can be presented to government in all its forms - local, regional, national and international.

The British Chambers of Commerce Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) has been running for many years and is a valued and high profile survey.

In the current economic climate, the QES is more important now than it ever has been and is growing in its influence.
