We'd like to congratulate the committee who have worked so hard to move forward plans for a creative arts centre in Stowmarket, which was a contender in ITV's The People's Millions contest on Thursday, November 25.
We are delighted that they won £50,000 towards establishing the centre and well done to all those Chamber members who called with their votes of support.

Plainly the shift back to the golf club for the summer has unleashed something. We had a near-record 35 breakfasters, a straw poll, a liberal sprinkling of thank-yous, banter back and forth across the room, much hilarity and one person, who is far from vertically challenged, delivering his one minute standing on a chair!
