SITG Event Sponsorship Package

Pre-Event Marketing Material…

• Your company logo will be included on an invitation to the event and e-mailed to all relevant Chamber members and UKTI database of Suffolk and Essex companies
• The Chamber website “Networking & Events” page will include a web link to your company website
• Your company will be included in a Chamber e-newsletter advertising your company as sponsors of the event and as such will promote you, your products and services
• Your company pop up banner will be displayed at one Chamber business networking lunch prior to the event your company will be sponsoring
• Online site banner advertising for your company on the home page of our website www.suffolkchamber.co.uk and the SITG website www.sitg.co.uk for the month leading up to the event you will be sponsoring

At the Event…

Suffolk Chamber will commission a Professional Photographer and photographs of the event will be available to you at no additional charge.

The Suffolk Chamber Events’ Team will be there for the duration and will:

• Meet and Greet all delegates
• Complete registration
• Supply delegates with  badges (these will display your company logo)
• Direct Chamber members to the bar/drinks area and then to the main presentation area
• Introduce members to your company’s staff (where applicable)
• Distribute your company literature to all attendees on arrival
• Prepare a delegate list displaying your company logo and distribute to attendees on arrival
• Ensure company pull up banners and promotional material are placed in a prominent place

Your company will have the opportunity to…

• Perform a 15 minute ‘Themed Presentation’
• Host a Q & A session (optional)
• Promote your business locally
• Make new business contacts
• Network and have maximum interaction with other SITG and Chamber delegates
• Develop customer loyalty
