The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts puts their Global Girls Fund website in netXtra’s capable hands

05 Oct 2011
With their vast experience of designing and building websites for the not-for-profit and charity sectors, netXtra have produced the site to complement the existing WAGGGS brand and to provide specific information about the direction of The Global Girls Fund. It also publicly acknowledges the contribution of the Fund's existing donors and supporters and provides donors with a convenient way to donate immediately and cost effectively.
The new microsite will significantly boost the Global Girls Fund campaign by raising awareness of the inequalities that young women face around the world, and promote the Fund to existing and potential donors in order to help achieve the £10 million target that aims to support the work of WAGGGS globally. It is a key ingredient in raising awareness of the impact of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting on millions of lives worldwide, and in particular how, over the last 100 years, WAGGGS has changed the lives of 250 million girls and young women through its membership, leadership and advocacy programmes.
