Spring promotes Nikki Barker to Client Services Director

Nikki Barker has been promoted to Client Services Director at Spring, Suffolk’s fast-growing creative communications agency.

Since her appointment as Account Director in March Nikki has worked closely with clients including Active Web Solutions, The Eastern Enterprise Hub and Sirius Products.

In her role as client services director Nikki will sit on the executive management board as well as taking on responsibility for setting up client accounts and mentoring the agency’s account handling team.

Nikki’s experience and work ethic has impressed her colleagues at Spring. In particular it is her background in marketing new products and introducing them into the market which has widened Spring’s account management skillset.

“I was thrilled to accept the role of Client Services Director at Spring,’ said Nikki, ‘Spring already has great client-agency relationships, but I’m hoping that I can take these even further in this role.”

Erika Clegg, Spring’s Managing Director said, “Since Nikki joined us just six months ago she has impressed us with her focus, intelligence and hands-on approach to client accounts. We have seen her colleagues flourish in her company so this promotion is a fitting recognition of her skills.”

Nikki takes up her role as Client Services Director with immediate effect.
