Identify your Learning Champions and let the European Social Fund pay for their development

01 Oct 2007

ESF are willing to pay for the development of up to two of your team to become your Learning Champions, your in house font of knowledge on training, development and funding issues. Take part in a one day workshop or have a mini session at your workplace. There are two fully funded workshops in November:

  • 14th November 2007 at The Aspire Centre, Lowestoft
  • 21st November 2007 at Felaw Maltings, Ipswich.

Your Learning Champion will help you to identify the real needs of the business based on your business goals and ambitions; they’ll make sure you get the best from any development opportunities available. Your Learning Champion will know the best sources of funding to contribute to getting the training done.

Your Learning Champion will get free places on a whole host of additional workshops paid for by the ESF and the Learning and Skills Council. There are others that are heavily subsidized to make them even more accessible to your business budget. There’s coaching, performance management, selection skills or supervisory skills to name but a few. There are development opportunities for your Operatives, Administrators, Managers and Directors alike.

While someone else is funding it you’d better take advantage of this opportunity.
