Auction of Britannia Box at ITFC
03 Oct 2011
Saturday 22nd October 2011 v Crystal Palace – 3pm Kick-off
BT have kindly donated the full use of their executive box in the Britannia Stand for the forthcoming home game against Crystal Palace.
BT have made the donation to the ITFC Charitable Trust so that the box can be auctioned off to the highest bidder in order to raise some funds for the Trust’s disability football scheme, Ability Counts, which has provided both ‘fun’ and ‘competitive’ sporting opportunities to around 7000 children and adults over the past 5 years across Suffolk.
The highest bidder can expect to receive the following…
- Use of BT’s executive box situated within the Britannia Stand;
- 12 tickets for the box and accompanying seats situated outside the suite;
- 4 car park passes;
- Pre-match buffet;
- Supply of tea and coffee;
- Air-conditioned and heated facilities from which to enjoy the game;
- LCD TV and enhanced sound system for match highlights and to keep track of other scores across the country.
HOW TO BID
Businesses or individuals interested in bidding for the full package should send their bids by e-mail to matthew.try@itfc.co.uk.
The ITFC Charitable Trust is looking for a starting bid of £400.
Daily updates will be sent via e-mail to all of the bidding organisations and individuals informing them of what the highest bid stands at although these e-mails will not reveal the identity of the highest bidder.
Bids are being taken now although bids will not be accepted after 5pm on Monday 17th October with full information and tickets sent to the winning bidder after this time.
E-mail updates will be sent every 2 hours on the final day of bidding for those wishing to send last minute entries.
The ITFC Charitable Trust and, in particular, the Ability Counts staff, would like to thank you for your support and look forward to receiving your bids.
