                                                £1500 Grant available to take on an Apprentice!

The importance of apprenticeships is to look to our future and increasing business.  Apprenticeships give employees the working knowledge, whilst training and learning in a business environment. The employer gains an employee to mould to their ways and perfect their workers.

Employing an apprentice can allow you to develop an individual's skills and knowledge of your business to meet requirements. Apprenticeships focus on developing a person's all round competence, resulting in a person who is multi-skilled and can rise to the variety of tasks and challenges that they will experience in the workplace. Employing an apprentice can;

  • Increase productivity
  • Reduce costly legal mistakes
  • Give you that competitive edge over your competitors
  • Are learned flexibly, either lecture style or by e-learning
  • Cause minimal disruption to staff's time and work
  • Maintain and increase staff motivation
  • Are 100% goverment funded

We also have trained apprentices in the Felixstowe and Ipswich area, with us at ITS Training/Felixstowe college looking for employment.

ITS Training can be advertise an employer's vacancy on the National Vacancy Matching Service, this is a free website provided by the Skills Funding Agency to bring employers, training providers and students together all over the country.
