However, many firms still struggle when trying to establish a presence on Facebook that is professional, secure and productive.

At the end of this half day workshop, delegates will leave with a fully functioning Facebook page for their business or organisation and will have covered the following key areas:-

Categories - What type of organisation are you? Describing yourself in simple terms
Health warnings - Security, permissions, moderation
Content - What to say and when to say it
