Hidden Talent

09 Feb 2012
The vision for Hidden Talent is to break down barriers and the stigma that if you have a criminal conviction, society won’t let you work. Everybody has a right to earn a living; one part of society that strives to gain employment, but often faces an uphill battle, is ex-offenders.
Most ex-offenders leave prison motivated and rehabilitated but are discriminated against due to their past records and convictions. It's at this critical time when re-offending occurs.
Re-offending can be reduced if there is more support. Although there are many organisations set up to help in this area. What we offer in a direct approach, the transition from prison to society through employment. Hidden Talent is here to establish the link between the company and the offenders & ex-offenders.
Marvyn Coker established the company. He has a degree in Business Management Studies and is originally from London. They are based in Ipswich and cover the wider areas in Suffolk and East Anglia, depending on where business takes them!
