Facebook provides companies and organisations with a fantastic opportunity to attract new business, build a loyal customer community and showcase products and services. However, many firms still struggle when trying to establish a presence on Facebook that is professional, secure and productive.
At the end of this half day workshop, delegates will leave with a fully functioning Facebook page for their business or organisation and will have covered the following key areas:-
- Facebook - Its place in social media
- Categories - What type of organisation are you? Describing yourself in simple terms
- Health warnings - Security, permissions, moderation
- Content - What to say and when to say it
- Looking good - Photos, videos and hyperlinks.
- Building a community - Getting 'liked'. Promoting your page
The session is highly interactive, providing you with a chance to ask questions, clarify your businesses specific needs and to learn from others' experiences, whether good or bad!
Please note - The session will involve working online in a wi-fi enabled venue and delegates will be expected to provide a laptop/tablet pc to ensure that they can gain maximum benefit from the session.
