Aspire Management Partnership - Customer Experience Day
15 Jun 2010
We are delighted to advise that our first Customer Experience Day will be on Monday 5th July
As you are all aware Customers are the catalyst to your businesses success. If they are not satisfied with the service they receive it could be damaging to any business. Customer retention and loyalty will be vital in the very difficult economic conditions we face over the next few years.
The response to our Awareness Days promotion has been very encouraging, and we are already taking bookings for this first event. We have limited each event to only 35 places to ensure we can deliver a relevant and worthwhile day to everyone.
This first event will be lead by Paul Cooper, Paul is a leading internationally acclaimed and passionate champion of customer service excellence and a former director of the Institute of Customer Service. An information pack is included to take away and ensure all you have learnt can be shared with your colleagues.
The day would include the following:
Coffee/Tea & Pastries on arrival.
Two Morning sessions:
Why is the Customer Experience critical to your business and your people.
Executive Buffet lunch.
Two Afternoon breakout sessions:
Practical examples of positive and negative Customer Experience.
Customer Feedback and Evaluation, how should we measure and use this information.
How to approach coaching and mentoring your people.
Tea & Coffee break
Conclusion & Evaluation
Further information is on our website, where you can view a full biography of Paul and be able to book your place via the events page. Click here to link through to our website by clicking here .
Prices start from £125 per person for the day. Discounts are available for multiple and group bookings.
We look forward to working with you in the very near future.

Implementing a Flexible Benefits Scheme
Cost remains the primary barrier to implementing a flexible benefits scheme , according to the Employee Benefits/Towers Watson Flexible Benefits Research 2014 .
As in previous years, the percentage (64%) of respondents that cite the cost of implementing a scheme as a barrier to offering flex is significantly higher than those (49%) citing the second most common reason.
