We are delighted to advise that our first Customer Experience Day will be on Monday 5th July
As you are all aware Customers are the catalyst to your businesses success. If they are not satisfied with the service they receive it could be damaging to any business. Customer retention and loyalty will be vital in the very difficult economic conditions we face over the next few years.
The response to our Awareness Days promotion has been very encouraging, and we are already taking bookings for this first event. We have limited each event to only 35 places to ensure we can deliver a relevant and worthwhile day to everyone.
This first event will be lead by Paul Cooper, Paul is a leading internationally acclaimed and passionate champion of customer service excellence and a former director of the Institute of Customer Service. An information pack is included to take away and ensure all you have learnt can be shared with your colleagues.
