Could you be a Chamber Mentor?

Could you be a Chamber Mentor?

11 Apr 2012

Suffolk b2b Mentoring is a scheme created to build confidence, overcome barriers and help your business grow, develop and prosper.

Mentoring is a highly effective personal development and empowerment tool, a successful way of helping people to progress in their business. It is a partnership between two people and is a productive relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.

A mentor can guide the mentee to find the right direction and is someone who can help develop solutions to the challenges of business. Mentors draw upon having had similar experiences to gain an empathy with the mentee and an understanding of their issues.

Suffolk Chamber wants to give additional support in providing participants with the opportunity of a partnership with an existing Chamber member under our mentoring scheme.
