As part of Suffolk Chamber’s Low Carbon Development Unit we have teamed up with Suffolk County Council to offer a free service to businesses entitled 'Fresh Ways to Work'.

Businesses in Ipswich can currently take advantage of this free service to help them save money on transport, improve productivity and increase their competitive edge in the market.  A specialist Fresh Ways to Work Advisor will work with your business to identify opportunities for improvement based on reducing fuel consumption and introducing flexibility into working practice.

The project is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund until the end of 2012 with dedicated resource available to support businesses and share with them best practice.  The independent advisors have worked with businesses of all sizes and sectors and have an established background in providing practical and simple solutions to help businesses be one step ahead.  Using established techniques often used in larger businesses, the advisors will provide each organisation with a tailored plan outlining the ways in which business efficiency and profitability can be achieved.

In times of economic difficulty every business is having to tighten its belt, so don’t get left behind - take advantage of this free service and stay one step ahead!

For more information, to discuss your transport options and to register contact freshways@suffolk.gov.uk and if you register with us by the end of February you will receive a prize pack with your consultation!
