Suffolk Meet the Buyer Event

Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and ISSBA are pleased to invite you to attend this free event on Tuesday 16th February 2010 from 5.30 - 9.00pm at Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, IP1 2BX.

If you are a business based in Suffolk, a range of local buyers are looking for new suppliers. This is an opportunity to meet key public and private buyers to sell your product and services, make contacts, network and find out more about public sector procurement. Buyers from SCC's Procurement department will be there, together with representatives form borough and district councils, some of our major suppliers and other "big spenders" from across Suffolk.

You will be able to book a 10 minute appointment with individual buyers to promote your business and discuss opportunities. Economic development advisers and other business and training services will be on hand to offer advice. There will also be seminars run by Suffolk County Council on "Selling to Suffolk Council" and the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce on "The Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and www.suffolkb2b.co.uk"

Please note the closing date for receipt of bookings forms is Wednesday 20th January 2010.

Bookings will be dealt with on a strictly 'first come, first served' basis -  they will be able to give you an appointment with the buyer of your choice.  Due to anticipated level of demand they are restricting appointments to 5 per supplier.

They will send you confirmation of your appointments in the week commencing 1st February 2010.
