Joining an Approved and Accredited Chamber of Commerce is not just a question of signing a cheque, it's just not that easy! All applications must go before our Executive Committee who scrutinise each individually.

This means only bona fide businesses can join. In addition, members agree to abide by our Articles of Association (copy available on request), which impose a strict code of conduct and require adherence to business ethics consistent with the integrity of a Chamber of Commerce.

What does this mean?

It means members can trust other members without any hesitation or the normal caution practised by businesses dealing with new contacts. It means you will be paid promptly for any transactions effected, and the goods or services will be of good quality. This instant credibility can be displayed by using our logo on company letterheads etc, and research shows Chambers rank 2nd in a list of most trusted advice sources (the first is your best friend).

How can you benefit?

By offering a special term in our online “Member to Member Offers” located in the password protected Members' area of this website. It costs nothing and could get you more, and better, business. (A password to the members’ area will be emailed to you once the application form and subscription is received. If you join online, you will automatically receive a password.)

It does not have to be a discount (although that is often the most popular and easily understood option), it can be 'special deal for members - details on application', and be an added value offer leaving your pricing structure unaltered.

The proof of success is in your wording of the offer so that when the phone rings you can identify who the caller is by size of company, degree of interest etc. You can then tailor your deal accordingly.
