Applicant business must demonstrate broad evidence in each of the following areas:
- Plans and policies for investment and growth of the business.
- Planned and positive recruitment of people in the local area - I am also looking for excellence in the recruitment of people from diverse backgrounds.
In particular if you have invested in initiatives to positively employ disabled, ethnic minorities, lone parents, ex offenders and those who are age positive in their approach.
