Neil Miles

Neil Miles is Managing Director of Smart421. He has been with the company since its inception and has held several executive responsibilities including Operations Director, Commercial Director and Sales Director.

Neil is best known for his drive, enthusiasm and leadership since the acquisition of Smart421 in 2006. Since then, Neil has more than doubled the size of the business, delivering a 42% revenue growth in financial year 2010/11, and has positioned the company as a high end consultancy specialising in technology change, a leading systems integrator and an application managed service provider, supporting CIOs across a range of industry sectors.

Neil supports local business though directorship of Martlesham Innovation Centre, an incubator at BT's Adastral Park, and through the IP-Network in Suffolk where he currently serves as chairman. Neil also works to encourage young people through involvement with the Prince's Trust, the IDEA apprenticeship scheme and the Ipswich Town Community Trust.
