Principal, Suffolk New College
Dave Muller was Principal of Suffolk College from August 1999 following his appointment to the College in 1987 as Vice Principal. He is now Principal of the newly formed Suffolk New College which resulted from the demerger of Suffolk College to establish UCS and a new College of Further Education in 2007. With his senior team he has overseen a major £75 million new build project for Suffolk New College and the completion of a new Sports Hall.
Peter Johnson has been employed by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC UK) for almost 30 years and is based at their UK headquarters in Ipswich, which employs over 500 people within the Ipswich area.
Mark Parker is the Managing Director of Willis’ Global Service Centres, responsible for the group strategy for utilising Service Centres

Born in Ipswich, Karen attended Northgate Grammar School for Girls and Suffolk College before a career in commerce. In 1991 she joined a local hearing company promoted to Practice Manager and Company Secretary, and then moved to the NHS to evolve a new clinical audit department.
I am a Diploma qualified Independent Financial Advisor with CarterDawes IFA Solutions Ltd, a company I joined in 2010 as a self employed associate. As a business, we are delighted to have recently relocated to our new permanent offices in the centre of Ipswich. Prior to this, I worked for Edward Jones (Financial Advisors and Stockbrokers) and before this, Barclays Bank where I worked for 10 years, again in the local Ipswich area. My 17 years working in the Financial Services Industry have meant that I have developed close working relationships with a large number of individual clients and a range of businesses from retail through to fellow professionals.
David Redhead was born in Ipswich and is Managing Director of BSP International Foundations, a manufacturer of construction equipment, where he has worked for 40 years. Over 90% of the turnover is exported and David has been to over 85 countries in pursuit of business. He was a past President of Suffolk Chamber where he sat for 18 years.
Following a 20 year career in recruitment Michelle decided it was time to go it alone...and so @Work opened its doors in Ipswich town centre, in January 2008.
Neil Miles is Managing Director of Smart421. He has been with the company since its inception and has held several executive responsibilities including Operations Director, Commercial Director and Sales Director.
