Judges meet to decide winners of Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2011

22 Mar 2011
The judging for the 2011 Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Business Awards has taken place at the Days Inn in Haverhill. Jan Cavelle of the Jan Cavelle Furniture Company in Haverhill, Jenny Chapman, Cambridge Evening News Business Editor, and John Dugmore, CEO of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, judged ten of the categories on Wednesday 15 March.
TV Apprentice Clare Young, who is also host and guest speaker at the gala awards dinner, will judge the Young Entrepreneur category. Sadly no entries were received for the Export Achievement Award so we are extending this category until 11 April 2011 to give businesses more time to enter.
The awards culminate in a spectacular gala awards night to be held on Saturday 14th May at Chilford Hall, with a superb three course meal, wine and dancing to a live band and disco. To find out more about joining the other companies on the night celebrating all that’s best about businesses in Haverhill call Kim Brown on 01473 712330/07740 563198 or email kim@boleyn-events.com.
Tickets for the Gala Awards Night on Saturday 14 May 2011 are on sale via this website and prices have been held at 2008 prices.
