Abbeycroft Leisure's 5th Birthday Party

Haverhill children who celebrate their 5th birthday in 2010 were treated to a birthday party at Haverhill Leisure Centre on Sunday (April 11) to celebrate the 5th birthday of Abbeycroft Leisure.

Abbeycroft, which operates leisure centre, wanted to share its 5th birthday with children in the town who also turn five this year.

The party, which took place in the Sports Hall, featured a host of entertainment including a bouncy castle, children’s disco, children’s entertainer, and a special appearance by Abbeycroft’s mascot Scales the Dragon.

Warren Smyth, Chief Executive of Abbeycroft Leisure, said: “We wanted to share our 5th birthday with all those children in the town who celebrate their 5th birthday this year.

“This is just one of the many activities we have lined up for our birthday celebrations and one way of showing our appreciation to the community who have supported us.”
