This year's glittering Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2011 ceremony, sponsored by Carisbrooke Investments, took place at Chilford Hall in Linton on Saturday 14 May.

Our host for the evening was TV Apprentice star Claire Young. The 31 year old, no-nonsense business woman Claire is well known for reaching the final of series 4 of BBC1’s The Apprentice in 2008, watched by over 11 million viewers.

The business of the Year Award was won by ARevolution owned by Theresa Foddering. The judges said of ARevolution: "The judges chose the award winner because they felt entrepreneurs are the backbone of this economy and this business amply demonstrated great entrepreneurship."

The awards are held every three years and the next awards are due to take place in 2014.
