The Big Conversation on Work Experience
MARTLESHAM HEATH, IPSWICH
BT ADASTRAL PARK
14/09/2010 10:30AM to 2:30PM
We would be delighted if you could join us at an interactive conference about how to deliver excellent work experience with young people. The conference is one component of the national employer-led Work Inspiration campaign headed by Sir Stuart Rose and is an integral part of the Backing Young Suffolk project and the County 14-19 Strategy.
The conference will bring together over 100 business leaders and young people to share practical ideas about how we can improve young people’s first experience of work – for both the young people and the business.
Now more than ever, one of our most pressing challenges as business leaders is to reach out to young people to develop the talents and skills we need for the future and bring new ideas and enthusiasm into the workplace. As business leaders, we can and must help address this by making sure the first experience of work that young people have is meaningful, relevant and inspiring. We do hope that you are able to join the event and are sure that your business will benefit from the ideas and practical solutions that will be shared.
