- Hand carved turkey breast and homemade chestnut and apricot stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon, a light turkey jus and a delicious cranberry relish
- Vegetarian option - please request at the time of booking
- Grilled Capel mushrooms filled with asparagus, shallot and sun-blushed tomatoes and a red pepper dressing
- Served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes
