This half day conference offers you an inspiring business-led programme. The focus is on helping employers recruit and retain the most talented staff they can. It looks at barriers that firms put in the way of employing the best staff - especially those who are ex-offenders.
The programme is led by celebrity entrepreneur Levi Roots, who will explore the issue of diversity in the workplace. In particular, the conference will consider what leading employers are already doing to benefit both ex-offenders and their businesses.
