To kick start the 2012 season of events from Suffolk Business Hub our first event theme is Health and Fitness but as always our focus is on Business.
Our inspirational guest speaker is Dave Courteen, MD and original co-founder of Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs which owns the Fitness Express and Imagine Spa Management brands.
Although health, wellbeing and fitness are what Dave’s business is all about, he’ll be taking us through the challenges he has faced in his business career and the harsh lessons he has learnt. Dave’s talk will allow us to share the excitement of entrepreneurship as he focuses on the challenge of vision casting to his teams, managing his people and managing his own personal development.
